This team typically handles the majority of software issues received from calls logged via our Customer Service Centre. Interspersed within these reactive calls, are client-scheduled events, in the form of installs, upgrades and rollouts.

The team possesses a broad range of skills to enable a timely response to these requests and is tightly focused on providing the best possible service to maintain your business effectiveness.

The team consists of engineers who play a leading role in researching and developing new products to ensure that Applied Security provides the client with the latest leading edge technology.

Installs

These range from a relatively simple, single desktop, software application or printer install, up to multiple rack-mounted file and print/application/database servers, mirrored over fiber optic networks. Whatever your requirements, we have the range of skills needed for a successful implementation.

Upgrades

The need to upgrade software drivers, application suites and operating system versions, at times appears to be an unending exercise to maintain your systems in peak condition.
